Far too obsequious toward Obama and apologetic for his agency’s acts. The only thing he said which had some teeth was that the Senate report covered practices ended 7 years ago when the Emperor assumed office and imposed purity on these rogues. The fact it all occurred 7 years ago is a pretty clear indicator the report was just a parting shot at GW. I would have a lot more respect for this guy if he had announced he was resigning in protest over the unfair treatment of his personnel who were fighting a dirty war as best they could.

So true. The real leader stands up for his troops. This damn country needs more men with balls as opposed to ass kissers like Obama, Colin Powell and Eric Shinseki who pushed Chinese made black berets and stryker death traps on our troops.
