Kiev. As cited by Itar Tass, Ukraine’s new Minister of Economic Development and Trade Aivaras Abromavicius said on Wednesday the country was in fact a bankrupt. “The state, as a matter of fact, is a bankrupt, so, it is simply unrealistic to expect us to offer real, but not declarative, programmes of motivation,” he said at a session of the Verkhovna Rada /parliament/ committee for economic policy. “Hence, the main thing now is not to impede businesses, and business will put things at rights.” He promised that it would take about two years for Ukraine to be ranked among top 50 countries in the Doing Business rating. “The government’s position is like this: rules for businesses - small, medium-sized and big - should be the same. No business should enjoy preferences, unnecessary privileges, monopolization of entire industries. Our position is to re-regulate this sphere to stop inspections, to cancel licensing that has no sense,” he said.

That kind of thing happens when the U.S. sends special forces in the middle of the night to steal all of your gold.

~”The Ukrainian finance ministry proposes the government to decrease the mandatory school education period from 11 to 9 years”.

“Cancelling free lunches for primary school pupils, increasing weekly school teachers’ wage work hours from 18 to 22, partial compensation for sports schools enrollment, decreasing tution period for state-sponsored high education (bachelor degree to 3-4 years and masters’ to 1 year) are also on the table.”~

Well, we can’t say EU completely lacks humanism these days. Sounds like a great improvement over original Hitler’s Generalplan Ost which was about to ban education in Ukraine at all.

No special forces in the world can compete with an aerodynamic Ukie government official in looting public money.

Yes, but is he an idiot because he allowed the Soviet Union to be dissolved, or otherwise? That is my point: and it is directed toward those who worship Putin as the Hero of Western Civilization.

an idiot because he allowed the Soviet Union to be dissolved

Exactly. He was the first man of the USSR and failed the job to a degree that the country died. He was a sort of a dictator or a monarch, and can be compared to any poor monarch, e.g. Edward II of England.

I saw this the other day...LOL...

What is the difference between a “Western” oligarch and a “Russian” oligarch?

One does what he’s told and is allowed to play with yachts and soccer clubs,... the other tells the President what to do...

Good old Yats had Ukraine’s Gold out the door the first week the revolution errupted....here’s that story:

...Tonight, around at 2:00 AM, an unregistered transport plane took off took off from Boryspil airport.

According to Boryspil staff, prior to the plane’s appearance, four trucks and two cargo minibuses arrived at the airport all with their license plates missing. Fifteen people in black uniforms, masks and body armor stepped out, some armed with machine guns. These people loaded the plane with more than forty heavy boxes.

After this, several mysterious men arrived and also entered the plane. The loading was carried out in a hurry. After unloading, the plateless cars immediately left the runway, and the plane took off on an emergency basis.

Airport officials who saw this mysterious “special operation” immediately notified the administration of the airport, which however strongly advised them “not to meddle in other people’s business.”

Later, the editors were called by one of the senior officials of the former Ministry of Income and Fees, who reported that, according to him, tonight on the orders of one of the “new leaders” of Ukraine, all the gold reserves of the Ukraine were taken to the United States.

I think so...can’t recall...but you can expect drug use by most in power throughout the globe today...generally nothing is denied those with those sums of money.
