So they will pass little incremental spending bills BEFORE and election in order to get elected but once they KNOW they have SOLIDIFIED their power they go full tilt the other way and INTENTIONALLY SCREW US OVER....
But they won’t pass an incremental bill to get us into the next session..... Like they did all the previous years...
