A huge part of the USA is not represented by either political party. Does secession fit anywhere into this situation?If the Federal Govt ceases to represent the will of the state and the people, the people have a right to petition the state and the state has the right to break the connection, via legislative action endorsed by the governor, with the Federal Govt. It is called secession.
