The goal is to have the massive measure ready by late Monday

We now have John Boehner and Mitch McConnel collaberating with Nancy Pelosi and Harry Reid to pass this bill.
They are trying to pass another spending bill just before the new congress comes in January.
It's time for a special election to recall John Boehner and Mitch McConnel.
No reason for anyone to read the bill.
It’ll screw us.
Time for us to actively consider means by which we can eliminate the uniparty.
The RINOs have bigger fish to fry, this is trivial to them.
Corporate lobbyists are waiting for action on their issues.
The middle class and small business owners be damned.
Totally agree. Boehner and McConnell must go.
At the risk of being slightly off topic, its worth noting that we just passed the $18 TRILLION mark in national debt. Not a word about this from our irresponsible congress. They just keep on spending...

Sure, no problem. They control all committees. They control the money. They are owned by big business, and the Chamber of Commerce. The Chamber spent 100 million defeating tea party/conservative candidates.
The powers that be want Obamacare, and amnesty. They will get it too. But we won, right? It doesn’t matter. Vote for a RINO, and then we will “hold their feet to the fire!!”
Time perhaps for an Operation Chaos on steroids.
Switch all our registrations to Democrat and elect the most radical, Socialist, 1%er-hating radicals that party has to offer.
Then force the Chamber of Commerce to come crawling to us on their hands and knees, begging us to save them in November.
A lot of us were saying this BEFORE the election, but were being told that, if it meant D's were elected, we should support Boehner and McConnell. Personally, I believe this to be highly flawed thinking (can't call it"logic"). But, there are too many hardcore RINO voters to do anything meaningful. Conservatives should have supported McConnell's D opponent all the way, but that wasn't done. Now, we have exactly what us TRUE CONSERVATIVES were saying well before the election. Elections have consequences. Unfortunately, being stabbed in the back by weak, spineless, America-hating GOPers is one of them.
Copied from my posting to another thread.
When the Eff does recess start. Perhaps it can start early. Followed in January by a new house and senate and perhaps a leadership vote. Boner must fall. Pun intended.
The GOP wants our votes and our money, but not our principles.
Not one dime’s worth of difference ... the Uniparty.

You’re off topic! Bugger off.
And it's difficult to tell the Uniparty Right Wing from its Left Wing sometimes.
Conservatives prepare for disappointment.
BOHICA.
She was pro-Boehner. She told me that a conference was called regarding house speakership. No one stood up to challenge Boehner...no one.
Four representatives voted in abstention....that's it. So, Boehner lousing this thing up, I will hold Kevin Brady responsible. Waiting to hear reports of the spending bill and what the republicans are going to do or not do in regards to Obozo’s (not so) executive amnesty plan before going off half cocked on the phone with Brady's office.
My understanding is that a bill has to done by Thursday. Correct me if I am mistaken.
1. Defund obolacare
2. Defund amnesty
OR...
3. GTFO - I'll not vote for another R for quite some time.

Exactly! I'm pretty damn done at this point.
It's hard to watch this slow bleed toward tyranny/socialism and the way it's tearing our country apart.
Lotsa folks foo foo the whole communist manifesto in regards to the United States and dismantling her piece by piece...but it's real, it's happening before our eyes and they are pretty successful at turning folks against one another. Enemy within the gates.
“My understanding is that a bill has to done by Thursday. “
Yes, but it can be another CR for a few weeks to let the new congress write a budget.
A budget for the whole year- which Boehner’s is- doesn’t have to pass by Thursday.
That's what I've been saying ............
