Policing in the black community needs to be looked at... Something is very wrong.
Yeah, modern "black culture" is very wrong.
Establish borders, guards at checkpoints to let decent people leave, and withdraw the police. Let the gangs (warlords) run the "black community". All the normal people will leave.
I agree — there should be NO policing in ANY ‘black community’ for a period of one year, see which they prefer.
