Landrieu won East Baton Rouge in the primary by 13 points. Now, with 2/3 of its precincts reporting, shes losing by 5%. Dem "Get out the vote" requires money. Why spend money on a race you know you will lose?

Meh. it was a jungle primary. She's down 4% from her jungle primary showing there, but it's a question of what precincts are out.
Let's put it this way. The Maness voters aren't voting Landrieu.
