Landrieu now pulling ahead of her jungle primary numbers in parishes like St. Charles +3. So this may not be as terrible for her when Orleans dumps. Could be a -10 to -15 loss.

New Orleans is like New York City, its liberal population unfairly punishes the rest of the mostly conservative state with its liberal policies and idiocies
