Probably heavily Democrat minority populated area of New Orleans & adjacent. Rest of state = much more Republicans/Conservatives (except parish I live in is 50% minorities & is going for the Loser 63/46% but population only~ 22,000).
Amazing though that so many morons still schlep along and vote for her and rotgut Dems.
