New Orleans has what... 200k voters? If they have a 50% turnout that is about 100k. They break 80/20 usually at best which means if they have a high turnout and it skews heavily Mary that’s going to be about 60k or so votes to bump. That would put her in tie range.
That’s with all the stars and the moon aligned. I seriously doubt that. She may narrow it to withing 30k but I doubt it.
