As I recall it, TankerKC was the one who raised the issue of the memos looking wrong - much too modern. And then Buckhead produced the image that showed they were the product of modern wordprocessing.

That’s how I remember it, also. I was watching as it was happening/evolving. “Rather” good times taking him down.
