I don't know if the grand jury made the right decision or not here. I have few facts compared to them. I do know that this could be a bad decision simply because the police get a gigantic benefit of the doubt, regardless of whether they erred. To me, it seems like they acted very quickly in a physical way before really giving the suspect a chance to think about his actions. That said, I have no idea the history with this individual nor the climate in that neighborhood with hostile actions taken against officers.

I didn't see any weapons or attempt to hurt the officer, just a refusal to fully cooperate. Then when the police had over whelming numbers why use a choke hold?
Police are increasingly acting like our POTUS, tyrants.
