"White Privilege" is the reasonable expectation, based on long experience, that the odds are in favor that the white person you hire, contract with, or lead will do what you expect them to do and not steal, cheat or commit violence.

Obviously, there are exceptions and those who violate that trust are punished.

Others have developed their own reputations and the only solution is to hold themselves to the same standards if they expect to be treated the same.

Good point. Leftists also choose to ignore the factor of “odds”, as in, odds in gambling. If they were honest enough to admit the statistical evidence, they wouldn’t use the excuse of “whites do it too” on the subject of crime, because the statistics show that of the app 12% of blacks in America, the odds are that a much higher number of them will be criminal as opposed to the proportion of whites.
