Sen. Jeff Sessions (Rep-AL) has uncovered Obama's plan to open a new immigration facility to process his executive amnesty action in Crystal City, Northern Virginia. "A whopping 1,000 new immigration employees, will be hired for the purpose of immediately implementing the Presidents imperial immigration decree, Sessions said.
"This action will provide work permits, photo IDs, Social Security, and Medicare to illegal immigrants----all of these are benefits rejected by Congress. American families will have to compete directly for jobs, wages, and benefits with millions of tax-subsidized illegal immigrants.
This is a clear symbol of the Presidents defiance of the American people, their laws, and their Constitution, Sessions said, adding that Congress must block any and all funding (the Congressional Research Service affirmed it is within Congress power to do so).
" The President cannot spend money unless the Congress approves it, and certainly the Congress should not approve funds for an illegal amnesty," Sessions noted.
Sessions statement comes in the wake of U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) bulletin announcing the new amnesty processing facility in Crystal City, a neighborhood in Arlington, Virginia, to accommodate about 1,000 full-time, permanent federal and contract employees in a variety of positions and grade levels. The initial workload will include cases filed as a result of the executive actions on immigration announced on Nov. 20, 2014. USCIS noted: "Many job opportunities at the operational center will be announced in the coming days and please continue to monitor USAJOBS if you are interested."
USCIS has made plain that taxpayers will pay; the federal agency is an "approval machine" that will "rubber stamp" applications for amnesty.

What EO? Got a number?
0bola has *skirted* around the EO hot potato and has rebranded his unlawful measure as an *Executive ACTION*. (I noticed this new term being bandied about, in the mainstream, a day after the Vegas *signing*, of his non-EO.)
“Action” is parceltongue for “Order”.
See below.
From the article....
Incoming Senate Budget Committee chairman Sen. Jeff Sessions (R-AL) has discovered plans by President Barack Obama to open a new immigration facility to process his executive amnesty action in Northern Virginia, where the federal government has plans to hire a whopping 1,000 new immigration employees.
Mmmmmmm.......sounds a lot like Madoff's tactics---to shrug off the suckers he was ripping off......
REALITY CHECK The WH con artist screwed-up---and is resorting to Chicago gangland parlance to cover his ***.
He stupidly backed himself into a corner, so he did what any practiced conman would do.......he blamed his victims.
We just "heard wrong."
If the memo/action/order doesn’t “direct...anything unlawful”, then why are 17 states filing a lawsuit against his “memo/action/order”? (Pick a name, any name ;)
Multistate Coalition Sues Over Immigration Order

Yes, I did read them.....but experience tells me conniving conmen don’t put their plans in writing.
I keep seeing EO popping up, and there wasn't one. People need to get their terms right, language means something, and a judge will let them know very quickly.

At a Capitol Hill news conference on Wednesday, conservative members of Congress said that President Barack Obamas executive action on immigration should not be funded in the next spending bill, a continuing resolution, to keep the government operating, either in the short term or the long term. [ ]
Were presented with this proposal that we ought to fund the president's lawless, unconstitutional act, said Rep. Steve King (R-Iowa) at the press conference. And I can look at this thing, as I have all throughout the Thanksgiving break, and try to conclude how it is that anybody can step into the House or the Senate chambers January 6 and take an oath to uphold this Constitution, this oath right here, having voted to fund the presidents lawless, unconstitutional act.
That crosses a line that cant be tolerated, and anybody that would vote to fund it cant sincerely take this oath next Januarythats my view, said King.

As I mentioned, 0bola/press aren’t using the term Executive Action, for the most part. They’re calling it an “Executive Action”.
I guess you can ask the 17 states who are suing 0bola for a copy of what they’re filing suit over....
From article I linked, earlier....
Texas is leading a 17-state coalition suing over President Barack Obama’s recently announced executive actions on immigration, arguing in a lawsuit filed Wednesday that the move “tramples” key portions of the U.S. Constitution.
.....Federal officials are hiring 1,000 permanent employees to open a U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services office in Virginia that will help implement President Obamas recent executive orders on immigration.

The WaPo editor said that only 7 are fraud detection staff, so most of it will be processing activities.
The time crunch is that this is supposed to go into effect in Jan. and if the House can vote to block this the House will be in a better position.
House will pass a bill, not to be taken up in the senate, but a statement of disapproval.
There may be other actions on the table, he just didn’t mention it.
When there’s this much smoke ping.
“Remember The Alamo!”
Thanks for the ping.
Clearly not being set up to detect fraud. Sounds like ACORN on *esteroides*.
