Those are the sorts of background details that the grand jury looked at and I guess they found the arrest to be justified. Actually I’m not sure that even matters. Whether the arrest is justified or not, you are liable to get a forceful response if you resist.
Yes, I sure would like to read the information that they had so a more intelligent decision could be made instead of trying to decipher the news (which we know is almost always wrong)!
