He had underlying conditions. If somebody put me in a chokehold I wouldn't die of heart failure brought on by an asthma attack. I suppose they could have considered whether a morbidly obese person might have medical problems, but then why did he kick up such a fuss over a citation and try to resist 12 guys if was worried about his own health?
