Texas is leading a 17-state coalition suing over President Barack Obama's recently announced executive actions on immigration, arguing in a lawsuit filed Wednesday that the move "tramples" key portions of the U.S. Constitution.
Many top Republicans have denounced Obama's unilateral move, which was designed to spare as many as 5 million people living illegally in the United States from deportation.

Those large numbers in North Carolina were detected but their votes were not voided. See the difference?
When I spoke of difficulty to discern, I meant at the ballot box or via absentee ballots.
We’re both right. It’s both easy and difficult depending on context.
In North Carolina, there are groups who will scrutinize voter rolls. In other states and in other urban locations within states, courts and groups are opposed to any level of scrutiny.
And then there’s the issue of what can be done when discoveries are made. Look at what an official for the SBOE in NC says:
“Josh Lawson, an SBOE spokesman, said that the SBOE cannot just pull a name off the voter rolls. There has to be due process, he said, referring to a list of state statutes as guidance for local elections officials to challenge ballots that may be cast by those whom the SBOE has flagged.”

And this is North Carolina which has some very red conservative parts.
Looking at an active electoral map for 2016, it becomes clear which states need a boost from illegal votes in order to win the election.
In many key battleground states there is not enough time to fix problems with the voter rolls and the sad fact is that many poll workers are not confrontational enough to stop illegals from casting a vote AND IN FACT many are instructed to allow questionable voters to fill out provisional ballots. But there are many many many instances where provisional ballots were stuffed into the ballot box or taken to the county elections office where they were counted.
The thing to commit to memory is this:
ONCE AN ILLEGAL VOTE IS COUNTED IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO UNDO IT.
And a thing of practicality to note is that illegal votes are not needed everywhere. They are only needed in critical sensitive areas that determine the statewide result.
