Telling is the fact that two weeks after the story hits the headlines, as of today no complaint has been filed with the police.

That tells me that the complaining witness, aka alleged victim, is afraid of the consequences of filing a false police report.

Yeah, that really bothers me about this. She didn’t present herself to any doctor, nurse, healthcare person, etc at all immediately following the rape. That just boggles my mind. If she was really in as bad a shape as she claims, why didn’t she seek any help other than her “friends”? If a healthcare professional saw her, even for bruises or cuts on her back, they would’ve asked questions, and she could’ve had someone who she could tell her story to.

As a woman, I cannot remotely picture myself as a freshman who was brutally gang-raped as she describes, and not tell a doctor or a nurse at the school clinic at a minimum. This story blows my mind. There’s several things that don’t add up for me.

To complicate matters, because it has been this long since her attack, finding direct evidence will be difficult.

If her story is true, it’s horrendous! I would want for the young men to serve time for the crime. However, if this is an attention-getting hoax, I can only shake my head in disgust. False rape accusations should be prosecuted.
