Yep - highest taxed state thanks to boy socialist cuomo. Gas prices in NY, you guessed it, highest in the country thatnks to, yep, taxes.

Not only the "war on tobacco", but the "war on sugary drinks".

What if this guy were selling lemonade that had a high sugar content, or in containers bigger than 16 ounces, or heaven forbid, just built a lemonade stand and sold it on the street? Could the same thing happen in this scenario?

Again, it can be argued that blame, or at least partial blame should go to the very ones who vote for a party that puts these policies in place.
