Watch the video. At most, he was passively resisting arrest. Does not justify the use of a chokehold (which, again, is specifically prohibited by the NYPD).

Did the choke hold kill him? Was the cause of death strangulation?

Just asking

The NYC cops are completely insane and will kill anybody at anytime for any reason

They can depend on backup from their comrades and the corrupt legal system.

I have had them point guns at me twice.

Once for good reason (passenger in my idiot friend who couldn’t drive to save his life fathers car, who after crashing into a couple of parked cars IN FRONT of a cop car decided that a high speed chase was in order) , and once while buying some beer in a Bodega and a wild eyed cop from Long Island on drugs burst in and was having some kind of psychotic episode (luckily his buddies intervened).

That being said, just because the chokehold is prohibited by NYPD doesn’t translate into a homicide charge.

The black had health issues, it’s not like the cop tased him 15 times or cracked open his skull with a billy club.

Are you saying that because NYPD prohibits the chokehold the cop should be facing charges?
