The communist and racist New Black Panther Party plotted to bomb St. Louis Gateway Arch and assassinate local law enforcement officials, but the Justice Department so far has limited its prosecution of the group to an indictment of two members on minor gun charges.
The soft treatment for activities that normally would have brought federal terrorism charges appears to be part of efforts by Attorney General Eric Holder and the Justice Department to go soft on the racist group, according to former Justice official J. Christian Adams.
I have always been perplexed why these guys get special treatment, said Adams, who worked in the Justice Department Civil Rights Division and noted a similar conciliatory legal treatment of New Black Panther Party members in a 2008 case of voter suppression by the group in Philadelphia.
(snip)
Two members of the Panthers, Brandon Orlando Baldwin and Olajuwon Ali Davis, were indicted Nov. 19 on federal weapons charges in St. Louis. The two-page indictment, however, made no mention of the bombing or assassination plot. It stated that the two men had made false statements to a Cabelas sporting goods store in seeking to purchase two .45 caliber pistols.
Adams said he viewed the U.S. attorneys failure to include the pipe bomb charges in the indictment as a significant omission. The use of pipe bombs in a conspiracy or plot normally would result in filing of federal terrorism charges, he said. Here, once again, you have Justice giving these guys soft treatment, Adams said in an interview.

Just peaceful Ferguson civil rights activists.
C’mon, nothing to see here and its time to move on.
Ridiculous. The rule of law no longer matters for those who don’t reflect light.
Are THESE the arseclowns who tried to buy bomb material with an EBT card??
You forgot that Eric the Red will not bring charges against “his people”.
Yes.
Two men affiliated with the New Black Panther Party allegedly planned to murder Ferguson Police Chief Tom Jackson and St. Louis County Prosecuting Attorney Robert McCulloch and bomb the Gateway Arch.
In an undercover police sting, the two bought a pipe bomb, and intended to buy two more but couldnt afford it until one mans girlfriends Electronic Benefit Transfer card was refilled, the St. Louis Post-Dispatch reports.
Brandon Orlando Baldwin and Olajuwon Ali Davis, who go by the names Brandon Muhammad and Ali, were indicted last week on weapons charges when Baldwin purchased two hi-point .45-caliber pistols intended for someone else.
It really gives me a ray of hope, knowing that the enemies of America can actually be that stupid.
Wow! Thanks for posting this horrible example of Obama’s racial bias, anti-police bias, and ignoring the rule of law.
Black privilege.
I had a client who made a pipe bomb for fishing. The feds threw the book at him. Typical federal BS. The “Justice” Department is the worst named entity in the world. Like calling the bald guy “Curly” or the heavy kid in school “Slim”.
Sheesh, another anti-truth, anti-freedom, anti-life, anti-individual collective operating unchecked within the U.S.A. Perhaps the black caucus or progressive caucus in CONgre$$ could check into it. Okay ’kay kkk?

The older generation of black panther would have already stole enough money before buying any weapons or bomb materials. I guess laziness and stupidity are our last line of defense.
What are the odds the charges are quietly dropped once attention shifts to some other democrat manufactured crisis?
1. Investigate why Gov. Nixon withheld the National Guard on the first night of rioting. Nixon had promised the mayors of Ferguson and Dellwood and the business owners, that he would protect their towns and businesses. Nixon was on the phone to Valerie Jarrett, but wouldn't take calls from the Mayors.
2. Ensure that appropriate charges are filed against the New Black Panthers. If the Fed's won't do it, the State can.
3. Investigate the riots and the outside agitators, including the role of the AG Eric 'the Red' Holder and his Federal Community Organizers using the cover of 'Civil Rights' to stoke the fires.
4. Don't be the testing ground for top-bottom revolution. The Fed's are trying out methods here to create chaos.
“It really gives me a ray of hope, knowing that the enemies of America can actually be that stupid.”
This is the only thing that has saved us so far, because our leaders are only very, very slightly smarter.
Remember when George Wallace was a rabid segregationist, and running for president? Well, imagine if he had been elected, and told his Just Us Department to only charge Klansmen who had threatened to bomb black churches and assassinate civil rights leaders, with minor weapons charges.
Obama and Holder are no different. Racists are racists. Though not surprisingly, most are Democrats, in one form or another.
Odds are pretty good ... :o/

New Black Panther leaders gun charges dropped
ajc.com ^ | August 28, 2013 | Marcus K. Garner
Gun charges against a new Black Panther Party leader have been dropped, court officials said.
After pleading guilty in Gwinnett County last year to writing a bad check for $3,000, a felony, Hashim Nzinga was arrested for selling a gun at a DeKalb County pawn shop, authorities said.
It is illegal in Georgia for a convicted felon to have a gun, and Nzinga, 49, was charged with possession of a firearm by a convicted felon and arrested on March 26.
Last week, DeKalb County prosecutors dismissed the charge.
Nzinga hadnt been told he shouldnt own a firearm, DeKalb Assistant District Attorney Helen Peters told the Atlanta Journal-Constitution.
I got confirmation from Gwinnett that he wasnt notified of his rights until after he sold the gun, Peters said.
Days before Nzingas arrest, the Stone Mountain father of six and chief of staff of the New Black Panther Party told the news media the organization was offering a $10,000 bounty for the citizens arrest of George Zimmerman, who admitted to killing unarmed 17-year-old Trayvon Martin in self-defense last year in Sanford, Fla.

It’s part of a pattern.
Who gave the stand down order?
Is there a DOJ connection to the publishing of Wilson’s address?
