Apparently, most parents of violent thugs think if they are indignant enough about the unsuccessful outcomes of their progeny’s crimes that if they complain loudly enough about what happens to their miscreants that there is a pot of gold at the end of litigation rainbow coming from it.

They figure if they complain enough they’ll get to collect lots of money and then go to Europe to complain to the UN that blacks are treated poorly.

Not in Florida! Forcible felons or their heirs have no standing in court to recover damages for injuries sustained during the commission of a forcible felony.
