He fired the officer who shot the mentally unstable man in Red Arrow Park, after the man grabbed the officers nightstick and beat the officer. His officers don’t like him either. Read up on Chief Flynn. As far as the 5 year old girl who was shot on her grandpa’s lap, that was obvious retaliation. Drug shooting?? Two suspects walked up to the home and opened fire. Doesn’t sound like a random shooting to me.
