Recall how rising fuel co$t$ led to trash haulers, lawn care companies, moving companies,etc. raising their prices so high? They sent out letters to customers explaining they were just passing on costs to consumers.

Still waiting for letters to arrive announcing price roll backs because of falling oil prices. Now that will happen any day now.../

Well,I still mow my own lawn, but I have noticed that our garbage and recycling services contracts all have a fuel surcharge. So their bills have to go down when then can’t show the town that their fuel costs are still too high.
