Milwaukee County Sheriff David Clarke tells it like it is. Hes a stellar reminder of what true leadership looks like and what it means to uphold the rule of law. It is a relief to hear someone speak with such honesty and candor.
To give you a taste of how fearlessly this man puts truth on display, here are two videos of Sherriff Clarke speaking about Ferguson. Below is a quote from a speech he gave at the National Press Club a couple of weeks ago:

Watch and listen to Sheriff Clarke’s speech. He is awesome.
Why doesn’t the democrats just change their names legally and call them selves what they are..The OBAMA Communist Party DEMOCRATS.
“Sure theres a divide in this country and there always has been and sometimes along racial lines. But instead of feeding that beast, what people in leadership positions, and even political positions, ought to do is temper that stuff down and allow some of this to just you know kind of simmer instead of explode all the time.”
But then how would race hustlers make any money?
Really LIKE that man!
btt
As far as this shyster goes I am racist..Funny I am A white woman and was raised by a black woman that worked for my family..I loved her like she was my mother.she never taught me to be racist I learned I was when the communist Muslim took over my country..and fools like JACKSON and SHARPTON.yes according to them I am racist..

On the way to south florida for thanksgiving saw a bumpsticker on a someone’s car that said ‘ I am obamarican’
Wow. I have a new hero and the Dems have a new target. God bless that man!
I think that in Milwaukee we have to be very wary of what happens with the Dontre Hamilton case, another white officer vs unarmed black man. It’s clear that the 0bomunists are gearing up for a race war, and this case could fit the bill.
We have an extremely corrupt DA here who has yet to decide whether to charge. The DA is John Chisholm, and he might as well be Stalin’s grandson. Chisholm conducted a secret investigation against conservative groups allied with Walker as a way of stifling conservative speech. Chisholm launched numerous SWAT raid on conservative groups and found nothing, but it certainly had an effect. I could see an ideologue and Stalinist such as Chisholm willing to work with equally nefarious characters such as 0bama and Holder
I know that Sheriff Clarke understands the situation here. Hopefully the 0bomunists will avoid putting the spotlight on Milwaukee, because they don’t want a conservative black Sheriff to weigh in.
Things got to change in this land. We must become free again—I have faith that it will happen—I only hope I am still alive to see this day come. I saw the Berlin Wall crumble—let us hope the progressives will fall like the Communists in Russia.
Hahah! You have been outdoing yourself lately!!
thank you very much!
WHen the going gets TOUGH the Tough get going
After watching first linked video in referenced article, I was very impressed by Sheriff Clarke.
H O W E V E R
Probably the only reason that Sheriff Clarke doesnt know how to throw Eric Holder under the bus is the following. I wouldnt be surprised if Sheriff Clarke has a faulty institutional understanding of the federal governments constitutionally limited powers, and therefore does not understand that the states have never delegated to the feds, expressly via the Constitution, the specific powers to make many of the so-called federal civil rights laws that Holder is trying to enforce. (Such bogus laws were probably made to win votes for Democrats from low-information voters imo.)
As a side note to law-enforcement officials having a questionable grip on the federal governments constitutionally limited powers, I recently saw in FR where Sheriff Arpaio acknowledged so-called federal immigration authority.
"I am not seeking to myself enforce the immigration laws as this is the province of the federal government [emphasis added]. FR: Sheriff Joe Arpaio Files Lawsuit Against Obama over Amnesty Executive Order
The reality that Arpaio will eventually hopefully welcome concerning many so-called federal civil rights and immigration laws is this. Politically correct interpretations of the Constitutions Uniform Rule of Naturalization Clause (1.8.4) aside, such interpretations used to justify federal immigration laws, please note the following. As mentioned in related threads, Thomas Jefferson and James Madison had written that the states have never delegated to Congress, expressly via the Constitution, the specific power to regulate intrastate immigration. Jefferson had written the following.
4. _Resolved_, That alien friends are under the jurisdiction and protection of the laws of the State wherein they are: that no power over them has been delegated to the United States, nor prohibited to the individual States, distinct from their power over citizens. And it being true as a general principle, and one of the amendments to the Constitution having also declared, that the powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people, the act of the Congress of the United States, passed on the day of July, 1798, intituled An Act concerning aliens, which assumes powers over alien friends, not delegated by the Constitution, is not law, but is altogether void, and of no force [emphasis added]. Thomas Jefferson, Draft of the Kentucky Resolutions - October 1798.
And here is the related excerpt from the writings of James Madison in Virginia Resolutions.
"That the General Assembly doth particularly protest against the palpable and alarming infractions of the Constitution, in the two late cases of the "Alien and Sedition Acts" passed at the last session of Congress; the first of which exercises a power no where delegated to the federal government, ...
the General Assembly doth solemenly appeal to the like dispositions of the other states, in confidence that they will concur with this commonwealth in declaring, as it does hereby declare, that the acts aforesaid, are unconstitutional; and that the necessary and proper measures will be taken by each, for co-operating with this state, in maintaining the Authorities, Rights, and Liberties, referred to the States respectively, or to the people [emphasis added]. James Madison, Draft of the Virginia Resolutions - December 1798.
Getting back to Sheriff Clarkes concern about Furgeson, law enforcement officials have tough jobs. Unfortunately their jobs are made even more difficult as a consequence of faulty understanding of federal governments constitutionally limited powers, the feds having the power to address only those rights which the states have enumerated in the Constitution. And in the case of Furgeson, Holder isnt acknowledging that protection from alleged police brutality isnt one of those rights.
LOL! Just the messenger. Besides, I’ve dodged bigger busses than that in my day. :>}
