Nixons is in his second term which expires in 2016 - and he’s term limited. So, I doubt that he much cares about political consequences.

Wonder how many times Valarie Jarrett was on the phone with Nixon per Obama’s and Holder’s instructions. He had no choice in the matter if he wanted to be reelected or the goons would be after he and his family.

How about a “re-call” election? The process may take a little time but he CAN be removed if this is true. The State’s Attorney General of MO can bring charges against him I believe. Is this true?

When is he up for reelection? Nixon knows that MO is solid Red except for St. Louis and Kansas City, so, he’s playing to the Black community for their votes in the next election because that’s the only way he will get reelected. But, I think Nixon dude is toast anyhow.

Unfortunately, Dave, recalling Nixon won’t happen. Missouri has no state law allowing a governor recall election like Wisconsin and other states. Right now, the only way to remove a governor is through the impeachment process.
