W tried for two days to get Blanco and Landrieu to accept NG help before Katrina landed. Both RATS refused, they needed the black bloodshed and drowning to catapult Zero onto the national political landscape.

One of my colleagues had the troopers noticed up for depositions, but the troopers called to say they couldn’t because they had been called to Ferguson............was the Missouri State Highway Patrol present?
