Pull cops out of black neighborhoods. Let them fend for themselves. No cops, no murders, problem solved. Yes I am being sarcastic. About the no murders part.
Great idea. Didn't The Emperor even say something in his speech about how police should reflect communities? In other words, no white cops in black areas. That's a message to every white cop in a black area, "You're not wanted, you should be fired and a black cop take your place." I wish every white cop would walk off the job, but I know they can't. They need to support their families.
