A grand jury has reached a decision on whether to indict Darren Wilson, the white Ferguson, Mo. police officer whose fatal shooting of an unarmed black teenager sparked days of turbulent protests, sources close to the process said.
Sources said that press conferences are being prepared by the county prosecutors’ office and the Missouri governor. Those press conferences will likely come later today.

Yup. And the Amnesty thing is the confusion factor. I think they hoped that the right would totally lose it’s sXit over it so that the two sides would slaughter eachother and it didn’t pan out. It sounds tinfoil but look at whose calling the shots. They could rename DC Renyolds Aluminum.
But on it’s own, yes, the decision was made a while ago, thus the Sharpton crap and the leaks about Obama meeting with them. No doubt.

I think the decision came in on Friday.
From the attitude of the Brown parents and how they were acting. They were the first to know I’m sure.
And from that I also concluded that there would be not charges.
The evidence that was gone over could have been gleaned from the many posts on Free Republic.
Members here did a great job sorting out the chaff from the wheat of the story.
It’s as if the prosecuter (or whoever it was that was talking) got all his info from FR. The people on this forum are the smartest and best anywhere.

We are playing defense tonight but that might change quickly and the offensive may begin tomorrow night from LE and National Guard. Don’t know yet ... but doubt LE and National Guard will stay on defense for long. Many National Guard expected to be activated. Don’t know for certain, regarding Nationwide activation, but looks to have begun with our National Guard ready. If the National Guard is turned loose and looters and shooters are given one warning this (riots, looting and shooting) may die out rather quickly, otherwise is going to be a long holiday season (imho). If they (rioters, looters and shooters) want a nationwide war, they will get one.
