A grand jury has reached a decision on whether to indict Darren Wilson, the white Ferguson, Mo. police officer whose fatal shooting of an unarmed black teenager sparked days of turbulent protests, sources close to the process said.
Sources said that press conferences are being prepared by the county prosecutors’ office and the Missouri governor. Those press conferences will likely come later today.

I’m not sure how you could effectively not make the indictment/no indictment decision non-public. If there’s an indictment, there will be a trial date set. That is a matter of public record, and it certainly would be newsworthy. Therefore, even if a decision is not publicly announced, either there will be a trial date reported by media outlets or there will not. It’s really not too difficult to figure out the grand jury’s decision even if there’s no public announcement.

You can bet the fix is in, this hero officer will get indicted..no way would they allow him to not be charged..you can bet Holder and company made sure he would be charged with at least 2nd degree murder
It’s my understanding that the defense team can submit a packet (information as to why to no bill) to the grand jury but that no defense lawyers can even be in the grand jury room.

New: Ferguson Grand Jury has finished, according to St. Louis County spokeswoman. Prosecuting Attorney will make announcement at 4 p.m. CT.
We'll see plenty of that!

My guess for any announcements coming out today:
"Today we're announcing that the grand jury has finished hearing evidence, and will now adjourn for Thanksgiving. They will reconvene next week and begin the deliberations. Have a nice Thanksgiving everyone."
