Once again, isn’t ‘inciting to riot’ against the law?

That only applies to certain racial groups

So if I tell a crowd of people to go into the streets and defy the law, create disorder, destroy private property and ‘assemble’ without a license ... then I would be charged with ‘inciting to riot’, but Al CAN do this with complete impunity?

NICE.

I have wondered why the business owners and others who have an interest in downtown Ferguson have not taken a complaint to the courts... The leaders of the disorder are not exactly unknown and the business owners DO have recourse in the law, right?

Thankful that my city is off the list. Do not want to name it here to give Sharpton any ideas.
