100%!!! make them self-deport and it won't cost us a dime. I don't know about the ones who've been here a while. Two or three I can think of -- in their 40s and 50s -- supported now mostly by their anchor baby progeny who are in twenties and work conventional jobs. The older illegals still work in agriculture (orchards pay well for a fairly short season and have a perpetual labor shortage). Go to a free clinic for medical care but not eligible for Medicaid. Neither can they get TANF or SNAP (unlike when the kids were younger). Very few close relatives remaining in Mexico, if any.
