President Barack Obama says he wants a Democrat in the White House in 2016 and is pledging to do everything possible to help that nominee succeed.
At the same time, Obama says the public wants that “new car smell” when it comes to the next presidential campaign.

I am sorry but can’t really see how these clowns keep the constituency like they do. When most anti Clinton people were saying he was a Grifter -who was at the least an undereducated womanizer - then a Black declared him the First Black President.
Reid and his we need a visitors screening center because the tourists ‘smell’ and shouldn’t be roaming the halls unsupervised.
BOTH those statements seem to be insults - at least in my ‘warped’ mind but maybe I am not as enlightened as the average Liberal.
Kind of like ‘back in the day’ when the D’s sort of looked down their noses at Irish and other Catholics in General, they could rely on their votes no matter what.
High taxes, Unions and such drove Manufacturing out of the Northeast into the South and the D’s managed to flip the blame to R’s...Of course the D’s were starting as Council Members, Dog Catchers, getting the peoples eye etc while the R’s wanted to start as Mayor, Gov or Pres, bypassing all the everyday working ‘jobs’.

Part of me wonders if Obama is kicking off the media’s efforts to select the next president and that they have someone in mind and are preparing the way.
The other part of me reasons that Obama never needs an excuse to talk about himself and his comment may be entirely self-serving in the way that it implies that the voteres are ungrateful children looking for the next shiny new toy...
It’s amazing to me that this POTUS still thinks anyone cares what he says. Everyone knows everything that comes out of his mouth is a lie. He isn’t capable of telling the truth. Must be that serial liar disease he has called liberalism/progressiveism/socialism.
And for sure his opinion on anything is null and void on arrival.
