BUT, according to the Sheriff of Pinal County, if they have not committed a some offense for which they could be detained ICE instructs his department to TREAT them JUST AS THEY WOULD AMERICAN CITIZENS.

And even if they HAVE committed such acts and referred for deportation, they probably won’t be. And if they are deported, the failure to secure the border lets them simply come back in.

And, YES, the “ORDER” is and was illegal. Now WHO’S GOING TO ENFORCE IT?
