Heard a ‘SYT’ the other day pleading for peace and understanding because she doesn’t ‘agree’ with the agitators but she and her baby are ‘trapped’ and can’t get out so she is afraid that she will be ‘hurt’ in any retaliation.
All ‘they’ need is one or two of these ‘testimonials’ and ANYTHING the Police do will be done in bad faith.
Even think MB’s father (well sperm donor) issued a statement that he doesn’t want MB’s death to be know for violent reactions...(Isn’t it a little late for that plea)?

The sad thing is you have a lot of good people essentially, as you said, trapped in that city.
Property values have gone to hell and those that want to leave can’t because they cannot afford to get out. So the only solution may be to treat the place as a toxic chemical spill and let the Government buy everyone out at appraised value so they move someplace else.
There are no winners here just a nice city that has turned into a sewer.
