There is now a golden ArtV opportunity, with about 2/3 of State Legislatures in Republican hands.

And, more specifically, not just any ArtV opportunity... one in particular: With a "topic" to limiting the Federal Govt (from the National one we have now).

This whole Article V dream doesn't make any sense.

The socialists/progressives/Dims don't pay any attention to the words we have written now. Why would anyone expect them to pay attention to any additional or different or new words that are written?

On the other hand, if we had an Article V convention the socialists would pack it. What else do they have to do? They all worship at the altar of government anyway, and this would be the chance to get the government they want as much as it would be our chance to get the government we want.

And the only 'new' words that would make it through the courts would be those that expanded government. That's already been shown by any number of decisions.
