There is not a majority in the Senate big enough to make it worth while.
Then our system of government is done, and America is finished, and we are no longer a free people, we are now subject of a dictator.
Because no one in this country has the damn balls to stand up to this destroyer.
We deserve our fate.
We went out without so much as even a whimper.
Lambs to the slaughter.
It is not about that, it is about inaction. Without congressional impeachment the Office of the Presidency becomes supreme and changes the whole dynamic. Impeachment must be done even if it is symbolic. No action = Dictatorship.
We still need it on record. The rogue president must be impeached and tried by the senate for his high crimes and misdemeanors.
Surrender monkey
“There is not a majority in the Senate big enough to make it worth while.”
Agreed - perusing this (even bringing it up) is a waste of time given the present circumstances and plays right into Democratic and lackey media hands. There are many, many other strategic things that can be done between now and 2016. #1 priorities should be completely tying his hands financially in Congress and legally in the court system. A majority is only about 50 days away - and many of those Congress won’t be in session anyway.
#2 should be passing things that bamm-bamm would not dare veto; Keystone, the medical equipment tax for openers. There will be Dem help on these.
And, there are PLENTY of outrages for committees to investigate; only one has to turn up gold; only one has to dig a Democratic John Dean. I’d do it quietly - until one of them blows up big-time - for example, http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-news/3229763/posts

Yes..it does! The house can draw up articles of impeachment, vote to impeach. When the new Senate is seated, they can take a vote with the new majority.
All this bull$hit of lawsuits against Obozo is just that. The ONLY remedy the constitution prescribes for a rogue executive is impeachment.
