I agree. Issa needs to request the raw data that they were recovered from and they need to contract out to private tech companies to audit the final product, and that includes spot checking for the same messages on the machines of multiple recipient messages as well as comparing the text of quoted replies internally and externally with the product that was submitted. They need count every space and every comma.
I'd bet my last dollar that they have been tampered with. I doubt there are any IG's that haven't been corrupted by money or threats of harm.
