You do realize the “jury” is the Senate in this case right? And it requires a super majority (I think it's 2/3's but it might be 3/5's. I can't remember) to remove the POTUS from office. But either way a few democRATs are going to have to vote with the GOP. Assuming the RINOs don't defect.
