You only need 51 votes in the Senate to convict. Obama can certainly be removed. The United States Constitution requires a vote of 2/3 of the Senators present to convict a President tried under the impeachment clause. What constitution did you have in mind?

(True, we'd demonstrate to all the world that we've become a Banana Republic, but didn't Obama already do that?)
