The House of Representatives has a moral responsibility to Impeach Obama, regardless of whether the Senate would ever convict.

This should be the first act the new Congress addresses in January 2015.

IMO, in addition to the moral responsibility, they have each sworn an oath to uphold the Constitution and protect the Republic. They are shirking it all.
