We should push for it any way and put Democrats on record as defending Obama’s illegal power grab.
It will show that Republicans are willing to stand up for something higher than transient political self-preservation.
We have a Constitution. If the President can unilaterally rewrite a law to suit him, its a dead letter.
In a sane world, Obama would be forced to resign. But since he thinks no one will stop him, we face a crisis.
How that is resolved will tell us whether we’ll still live in a free country.
I agree, it pisses me off when I hear dem’s saying Obama did this because of the House “inaction”. Even Hillary is praising Obama for taking these steps because of the Republican inaction. What inaction? The senate said yes and the House said NO. It doesn't work the other way around where the Senate says yes and Obama says yes and the house has to say yes too.
They need to hold these dem’s feet to the fire on this issue and make Hillary keep supporting this and defending this. I would also add that Republicans should immediately pass strong border security and send it to the emperors desk and make him veto it.
