Maybe I'll do a Kindle free-run with this all in the news.

Great book, Matt!
I would encourage all Freepers to get the trilogy on Kindle.
These are well written and thought provoking.
And becoming prophetic as well.

As Mark Levin pointed out yesterday, the Congress -- our legislative branch, co-equal with the executive branch -- must defend itself against the unlawful actions of obama. The judicial branch may play a part, but it is not only unwise it is irresponsible for the legislative branch -- Congress -- to rely primarily on the judicial branch, rather than themselves, to defend the Constitution's separation of powers.
This is as serious as it gets, folks. This is direct attack not only on Congress, but on the very fabric of the U.S. Constitution. It must be stopped, corrected and, if obama attempts something similar again (which he no doubt will), severely punished.
I'm not so sure the members and leaders in Congress understand this is not simply a matter of policy or legislative differences, it is truly a matter of defending the Constitution and the American republic from an executive determined to destroy it.

I have a not so legal reason why the Court may strike this down. Congress today, SCOTUS next?
What is to stop him or the next person to say “I disagree with the ruling of SCOTUS. They have no power to enforce their ruling. I will not abide by it.”
They are not stupid.

I was hoping that your novels were just good fiction but we may well see that fiction become reality very soon.

All potential approaches need to go forward simultaneously to nullify and eliminate this executive action including law suites, congressional actions and Constitutional amendment action. Make it only a note for history supporting how ‘We the People’ are in control, not some want to be dictator.
