Illegals have no legal documentation here whatsoever, no legal right to be here or work here- other than those granted some sort of temporary right to be here by an immigration court.

After Obama signs this tomorrow if it states what he outlined it sounds like they will have the same status as those with legal (green cards is the common term) documentation to work here. Sounded like there is a provision to keep those that qualify for the permit (or whatever they are going to call it) from being deported.

My family used to cross the border to Progresso often. Then we had to pay to update our passports because we had to have them to get back into the U.S.!!

We stopped going because of the violence in some areas, but it’s stunning to know the illegals can just walk across and not be turned back.

Up is down and down is up in Obama’s world!
