I have to travel to Providence, RI a few times a year and it is the most depressing place on the planet.
Talk about a DEM stronghold.......
When it comes to politics, the plantation is alive and starving there.
Yeah...it's pretty bad. But I've been to Hamilton, Ontario. I'd have to put that ahead of Providence on the depressing scale. It's just bleak there. Even on a sunny day it's gray. Looks a lot like pictures I've seen of N. Korea.
