He has disabled large parts of the military.
He gives up dangerous terrorist leaders for a deserter.
He bows in front of muslim leaders.
He reacts to ISIS by performing meaningless bombing runs
The Chinese made him look like a fool earlier this month

This only invites other countries to test the waters. Everyone assumes that they won't attack us. Why?

If I were Putin, I would see Guam as a valuable outpost. I would also judge that the chance of any meaningful retaliation from Obama to be near zero.
