Probably just rhetorical, but if what Obama is doing is clearly something that is unconstitutional and is lot a function of his office, why can’t this be taken directly to the USSC??

If it were to be taken directly to the Supreme Court, then it should be thrown out immediately, telling Congress to grab their nads and start exercising their own power.

One co-equal branch of government should not have to ask another co-equal branch of government to do their bidding.

someone would have to have standing to do it i guess

the bush election went directly to the scotus - not sure who took it there or why they accepted it
