Congress and the States currently hold the legal power to stop Obama.
Congress and the States will do nothing to stop him.
We must face cold hard reality -- we are liking witnessing the fatal blow to our Republic.
There is currently No solution.

People would have to hold law enforcement accountable to follow the law per their oath. Have to be done at local, state level with reps and sheriffs, etc. Since the written law hasn’t changed, illegals still illegal. Or the establishment can be deemed illegitimate for following un-Constitutional decrees from Master Zero. This won’t be the last decree from Zero without legislature. Has to end now.
