As a Border Patrol Agent I will not enforce, implement or support in any way an executive order that attempts to give amnesty to illegal aliens.
God bless you man. The republic has been bruised, but she ain't gone just yet. The Battle of the Bulge came just scant months before VE Day.
This morning I have the privilege of spending an hour with the 7th through 12th graders at the local Christian school explaining to them the difference between a democracy and a republic.
Before we are done, these kids will know more about the subject than any 50 randomly picked democrats combined.

Lets see if I remember this correctly: I was told the USPS was hiring. I applied. I passed a mechanics test, drug test, physical, and 2 interviews, and was hired. I gladly accepted their pay and benefits package. In that period of 3 months when I transferred from the private sector to government service, I became, in the eyes of my Freeper peers, a lowdown snake in the grass.
Would it make you guys happier if we had all stayed at our old jobs, and some liberal jerks got all of those jobs? Heck, be glad that small conservative minority is there. Someone has to do some work!Just remember guys, there are a few good, hard working conservative people here at Free Republic that just happen to be government employees. Speaking strictly for myself, it kinda gets old hearing what a p.o.s. you are on EVERY thread about government employees.

I just wasted a few minutes of my life trying to find a post on this thread that said anything bad about government employees. I couldn’t find any. As in, not 1.
So where did your comment come from? Are you feeling a little guilty? What’s up?
Telling the truth about pay and benefits and early retirement is not calling government employees “a p.o.s”.
Oh, one of my things is, I don’t like the term “government service”. That’s just me and I can’t help it I guess.
