I lived in the North state(Butte County) area of California 15 Years ago and was able to get a CCW with little trouble. Maybe not now?

Eastern, rural CA understands, and respects citizens’ need and right to carry.

County dependent.

San Bernardino county is processing about 80 to 90 per month. Kern county is similar. Some counties in CA are almost SHALL issue. LA county... no so much.
